Three Ways to Style His Shirt

***
This was such a fun post for me to plan and shoot more so because I got a chance to rummage through my husband's closet (and also help tidy it up a little bit), choose one of his favourite shirts and figure out clever ways style it!

I'm sharing three ways to style his shirt - whoever he may be in your life. Choose a cotton shirt that's got a rigid collar (this comes in especially handy for Look 3) and which is very loose fitting. Restyling his shirt comes in especially handy on those days when you have absolutely nothing to wear or when you just want to be a little creative and try something different.

Look 1 - The Classic Oversized Shirt

This look is a no-brainer. Throw on his shirt and leave a couple buttons at the top open and don't tuck the shirt all the way in for a more edgy, casual and cool look. Try this look with jeans and sandals for a quick run to the shops or with smart black trousers for a chic work look.

Look 2 - Off-Shoulder

Same as above but drop the shirt down to your shoulders for a more asymmetric look which accentuates your decolletage.

Look 3 - As a Skirt

This is by far my absolute favourite look! Leave just a couple buttons at the bottom of his shirt buttoned, then wear as you would wear a skirt. Bring up to your waist and button up until you can't button the shirt anymore. Spin the shirt 'round so that it's back to front on your waist and tie the sleeves in a knot at the back. You can leave the sleeves down or tuck them into the shirt for a cleaner look. Don't you just love how the structured collar give interest to the waist?!

Love, K.G ❤️

    Now, that is epic!
I really love the chill, laid back look too.
    This is really innovative.
